Following a near death experience, I was taken to the Elms for rehabilitation. All of the staff are not only knowledgeable about their respective areas of expertise, they are also very compassionate. During my stay, I had to have my old dog put to sleep. I have no words to explain how they gave me comfort. I will recommend this facility to anyone requiring rehabilitation services. I was cared for but not coddled. I was pushed but not overwhelmed. I came home today. I'm glad to be here, but I am missing my new "other" family.
Excellent! I highly recommend this nursing home. My mom received excellent care. Nurses and caregivers are very involved in patient care. Management doors are always open and they are very involved in resident concerns and care.
The best in Charleston
My Grandmother is here ! Best nurses and Rehabilitation center in the low country!
Mama is staying here, the staff loves her and take very good care of mama. She loves this place and loves the staff too. Most nursing homes smells bad but not this nursing home. Appointments needed to put someone in here but anyone can visit their relative at all hours, they need to sign in when visiting the relative.
Some very good nurses. Only know of Rehab side. New management than a year ago. CNA's are great as well. The rehab beds are always full.
